To enhance employee skills and knowledge and improve organizational training processes, Ehya Sepahan Iron Ore Mines Company has designed and is currently implementing the Training Software Project. This initiative aims to provide comprehensive management of training activities, track course participation, and facilitate employee access to educational content. The project has reached 80% completion and is progressing steadily.

  • Development of a structured implementation timeline, including system deployment, data entry, user training, and performance monitoring
  • Initial data entry began in 2024, enabling the registration and tracking of employee training records
