توضیحات تکمیلیSepahan Iron Ore Recycling Complex is the largest producer of granulated iron ore and iron concentrate in the private sector of Iran. The iron concentrate produced is used as input feed to the pelletizing unit. This complex has 4 phases of concentrate production, a brief explanation of its processes is given below. The input feed to the concentrate factories is supplied from the product of 6 dry pre-processing lines. The feed entering the dry pre-processing lines from the 4 areas of Sangan, Khaf, Mian, and Kalte Qanbar is fed after a magnetic separation stage with a fineness range of -34% to 49% and a granulation of 0-30 mm (depending on the area and type of feed, it can also reach about 90 mm). The feed is crushed in two or three stages (jaw crusher and hydrocone) and divided into different granulation classes by a screen. Then, using physical separation methods (magnetic method), high-grade iron ore is separated from low-grade tailings. The dimensions and grade of the granulated iron ore (product) will be in the range of -0-10 mm and -50% to 60%. Concentrate phases with an average iron grade of 84.55% and a ratio of FeO/Fe = 4.62 are fed and after crushing (grinding), granulation (calcifier), high-grade (magnetic method), and dewatering, a medium-grade concentrate 66/67% iron and 71% recovery produced
