- Procurement of essential hardware and control tools to launch the dispatching system
- Contracting with Irancell to provide a stable and reliable communication infrastructure for data transmission
- Preparation of SOS communication equipment to enhance safety and enable emergency alerts
- Installation of an internal server system for storing, processing, and managing fleet-related data
- Initiation of GPS installation on vehicles, starting this week
- Deployment of GPS devices on 50 vehicles at the mining site for real-time tracking and precise location monitoring
