As part of its strategic move toward intelligent and transparent organizational process management, Ehya Sepahan Iron Ore Company has launched a key initiative titled the Tender and Contract Management Software Module Project. The primary goal of this project is to enhance transparency, reduce bureaucracy, improve speed and accuracy in contract management, and ultimately integrate all tender-related processes. The project has currently achieved 40% operational progress and is actively moving toward completion.

 Initial Steps and Evaluation

The project began with demo sessions attended by managers and contract unit experts. During these sessions, the organization’s needs were thoroughly analyzed, and the proposed software’s capabilities were carefully evaluated. The outcome confirmed the software’s effectiveness in covering processes related to tenders, auctions, and contract management. Following this, the procurement contract for the software was finalized, and the initial payment was made to prepare for deployment and operational use.
