Current Status: The Personnel Performance Software Project at Ehya Sepahan Iron Ore Company is currently 75% complete and is progressing toward full implementation. Once finalized, it will serve as a critical tool in HR management and employee performance evaluation. The launch of this system marks a significant step toward digitalization, automation, and process improvement, representing a successful application of modern technologies in the field of human resources.

In line with its commitment to enhancing productivity, transparency, and human resource management, Ehya Sepahan Iron Ore Company has initiated the design and implementation of the Personnel Performance Software Project. The primary goal of this initiative is to establish an integrated system for recording, managing, and evaluating employee performance, improving internal processes, and supporting managerial decision-making in the HR domain.

 Key Actions Taken in the Project:

  • Procurement of a specialized performance management software module, providing a comprehensive platform for recording and evaluating performance data.
  • Full deployment of the software within the organization’s IT infrastructure, adhering to all security and performance standards.
  • Definition of operational processes related to performance evaluation and data recording, ensuring that all stages—from data entry to analysis and reporting—are conducted transparently and automatically.
  • Design of performance-related forms to accurately record information, track tasks, and assess each employee’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Project Benefits:
