Security and Enforcement Unit
The Security and Enforcement Unit at EHYA Iron Ore Mines plays a vital role in maintaining safety, organizational order, and the protection of assets and sensitive information. Operating under senior management, the unit serves as the vigilant eyes and trusted advisor of the company—acting as a firm overseer, document guardian, and strategic monitor of internal operations. By identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures, the unit contributes to the achievement of the company’s defined goals.
Prevention Strategy
Security operations are built on three essential roles to prevent violations:
1. Preventive Role: Early detection and deterrence of misconduct
2. Corrective Role: Addressing and resolving issues through internal intervention
3. Referral Role: Escalating unresolved cases to legal authorities as defined by law
This layered approach is similar to public health systems—first aiming to prevent harm, then treating issues, and finally referring critical cases to specialized institutions when necessary.
