In the journey toward sustainable development, training plays a central role. The HR department designs targeted educational programs—from technical courses to soft skills development—ensuring that employees are on a path of personal and professional growth. All training activities are managed through the dedicated training module, launched in July this year, within the integrated Rahkaran system.
